CURA Involvement at the 37th Algonquian Conference
A group of our CURA researchers attended this year's Algonquian Conference (October 21-23rd, 2005), hosted by Carleton University at the Museum of Civilisation in Gatineau, Québec.

Papers Presented
Marguerite MacKenzie, Phil Branigan, Carrie Dyck, Barbara Burnaby, and graduate student Jennifer Thorburn all presented papers at the conference.

Algonquian Dictionaries Round Table
Marguerite MacKenzie, Marie-Odile Junker, and Laurel Anne Hasler participated in the Algonquian Dictionaries round table, an afternoon devoted to the discussion of developing on-line dictionary databases for Algonquian languages.
