In conjunction with the Sheshatshiu and Mushuau Innu First Nations, the CURA project facilitated another workshop aimed at developing children's books in Innu-aimun.

The workshop was held in Sheshatshiu, Labrador, in the SIFN Band Office Council Chambers.

A group of Innu staff and Classroom Assistants from Peenamin McKenzie School in Sheshatshiu and Mushuau Innu Natuashish School in Natuashish participated in the workshop in which they wrote and illustrated children's books in Innu-aimun. The books will be made print-ready by staff of the CURA project, printed by Memorial University Printing Services, and be made available in the schools in Sheshatshiu and Natuashish.
