Verbs in the Conjunct order do not take personal prefixes. Conjunct forms are preceded by a conjunct preverb or take changed forms. The Conjunct order is most often used for subordinate clauses or clauses linked to each other.
In Innu, there are six conjugations (moods and tenses) in the Conjunct order.
Note: The missing conjugations #13 and #15 do not exist in Innu but can be found in other languages of the Cree-Innu family.
